As the U17 coach for the Fraser Vallye Thunderbirds, Ralph loves helping players learn the game and grow in the game.
Ralph has been a development coach for AMHA and MMHA, working with players across various levels, from junior hockey to the NHL.
Ralph has served as the Abbotsford Pilots’ assistant coach and operations manager at Abbotsford Training Rink.
For over two decades, he has excelled in coaching, on-ice training, strength training, and nutrition, impacting players worldwide.
His legacy extends beyond borders, with clients in junior hockey, college/NCAA, European leagues, minor pro, and even the NHL. As an Easton Hockey Ambassador for five years, he continues to shape the future of hockey through his unwavering dedication to player development.
Ralph was a part of the 2002 Chilliwack Chiefs. This team has been labelled the "Greatest Chilliwack Chiefs team in history."
Away from the rink, Ralph is a proud father of three amazing daughters.
They inspire his coaching career, having raised them while pursuing his passion.
His focus on player development stems from his experience playing for Chilliwack Chiefs and being a founding member of Yale and MEI Hockey Academy.
Ralph also deeply connects with parents, drawing from his personal experience as a dad of three high-level athletes.
